Op 12 september 2017 opende BOON in Gent!
BOON nam op 12 september 2017 zijn intrek in het pand van de voormalige Veneziana in de Geldmunt.

U kan bij BOON terecht voor heerlijke creatieve salades, soep, koffie en thee, desserten, of een lekker aperitiefje.
Actually the restaurant was fully booked, so make sure to reserve your spot. But we were lucky and could sit outside in the sun. This was by far the best homemade vegan meals we ever had. The stew was just fantastic. Also the desert was mindblowing. Thanks so much to the Chef.
We were only in Ghent for two days, but spent both lunches at Boon. We loved it so much the first day, we had to come back and try more. The salads were amazing and very large in size. The sweet summer salad (pictured) was one of my all time favorites. We also tried to soup of the day (zucchini and thyme) and the Davai dumpling soup, both delicious! On top of the great food, the women working are so kind and made us feel right at home. My only regret was not saving room to try their desserts. I highly recommend making time to stop at Boon while in Ghent. If I find myself back in Ghent, I’ll be sure to stop by again.
Greeted by the lovely owner who immediately makes you feel really welcome. Had a superb vegetable and dumping soup. Great atmosphere and service. Really recommended for lunch
We came after lunch ended, but the desserts had a wide variety of vegan options. I had a pear cheesecake, and my mom had vegan chocolate mousse. Both were amazing. Excellent service as well, our server and the welcome-r spoke English very well.
Food tasted fresh and great flavours. Had the dumplings and the soup, would definitely have again🙌
